There are two main Android VPN client apps readily available. These are OpenVPN for Android os and OpenVPN Connect.

OpenVPN for Android is a totally free and open source OpenVPN client developed by Arne Schwabe. It can be used to connect to any VPN server that helps OpenVPN.
